Vareth Intelligence is an introduction marketplace. We do not act as a broker or dealer, do not provide investment advice, do not effect transactions in securities, and do not represent any party in a transaction.
We do not represent either party
Vareth is neutral. We act for neither the seller nor the buyer, owe neither a fiduciary duty, and do not negotiate on anyone's behalf.
We do not provide valuations
Vareth does not value businesses, opine on price, or provide fairness opinions or appraisals.
We do not perform due diligence
Our review is a marketplace-level check on participant legitimacy and business existence. It is not financial, legal, tax, commercial or operational due diligence, and is not a substitute for it. Every buyer is responsible for their own diligence and should engage qualified professionals.
Financial information is seller-reported
Unless expressly stated otherwise, revenue, EBITDA, growth and similar metrics were supplied by the seller side. Vareth has not independently calculated, audited or certified them.
We do not guarantee outcomes
We do not guarantee that any opportunity will sell, that any buyer will proceed, that any information provided by a participant is accurate, or that any transaction will complete.
Verification has defined limits
Our verification labels have specific meanings set out on our verification standards page. They do not indicate that a business is a sound investment or that a participant will behave properly.
