We are early
That means the person reviewing an opportunity, the person building the buyer relationship and the person deciding what the marketplace will not accept are frequently the same person. There is a lot of room to shape how this works.
The one non-negotiable is accuracy. We have built a business on describing what we do precisely, and everyone here has to be comfortable with the harder version of a claim rather than the more impressive one.
We do not have open roles right now, but we always read speculative applications.
