The whole process, start to finish

No stage of this is a black box. Here is exactly what happens, who decides what, and where our involvement ends.

If you are bringing an opportunity

01

Submission

You provide company information, seller-reported financial figures, your ownership and motivation, timing, and supporting documents. If an advisor represents you, they submit and we deal with them.

02

Authority and legitimacy review

We confirm who you are, your role, and your authority to bring the opportunity to market. We check the entity exists and is active, and review ownership or representative authority where records allow.

03

Acceptance decision

We accept, return the submission for clarification, place it on hold, or decline it under published standards. A decline is not a judgment on your business. Most often it means we cannot yet establish authority, the information is too incomplete to present, or we do not currently have buyer demand that fits.

04

Anonymous profile

We build a standardized non-identifying profile. You review it before distribution. Financial figures are labelled seller-reported and verification status is stated explicitly.

05

Buyer selection

We compare your opportunity against registered buyer mandates and produce a ranked shortlist, with a stated rationale for each buyer.

06

Curated distribution

Only shortlisted buyers receive it. Your opportunity is not published, searchable or browsable.

07

Introduction request

An interested buyer submits their rationale and confirms fit, using an introduction credit or membership allocation.

08

Confidentiality gate

Before any identifying information or protected material is released, the buyer accepts the applicable confidentiality terms.

09

Your approval

The request comes to you or your advisor with the buyer's profile and our rationale. You decide.

10

Introduction

We introduce the parties directly. This is the service, completed.

11

The transaction

You and the buyer proceed independently, with whatever lawyers, accountants, lenders and advisors you engage. We are not in the room.

12

Follow-up

We ask both sides how it went, and record whether the conversation progressed. That record is how our matching gets better.

How long things take

We will tell you at submission how long your review is likely to take.
